#4.3: Guatemala Syphilis Experiments
Show Notes

This week, Jess covers the shocking case of the Guatemala Syphilis Experiments. Conducted between 1946 and 1948, this horrifying "study" was conducted on by the same physician who led the Tuskegee syphilis experiments (which we covered in Season 1) and involved the government-led deliberate infection of prisoners, sex workers, psychiatric patients, and orphaned children. This is an incredibly heavy topic, but one you that we consider a MUST listen.
